First Ladies in Conversation

 

First Lady Michelle Obama and former First Lady Laura Bush participated in the African First Ladies Summit: “Investing in Women: Strengthening Africa,” hosted by the George W. Bush Institute in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania earlier today. Later, Mrs. O was escorted by Tanzanian First Lady Salma Kikwete at the airport.

For her final look in Africa, Mrs. O wore a printed tie neck dress paired with red kitten heels.

Bold Print in Tanzania

President and First Lady Obama arrived at the State House in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania today, greeted by Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete and First Lady Salma Kikwete. For the appearance, Mrs. O wore a boldly printed dress, paired with a cropped melon cardigan, neutral heels and a clear crystal statement necklace.

Stunning in Sunset Naeem Khan

Attending an official dinner hosted by South African President Jacob Zuma at the Presidential Guest House in Pretoria, South Africa, First Lady Michele Obama wore a Naeem Khan Spring 2013 sunset print one-shoulder gazar cocktail dress, confirmed via the designer's Facebook page, here. A gold statement necklace completed the look.

Masterful Mix

The First Lady participated in a discussion with students at the Sci-Bono Discovery Center in Johannesburg. South Africa on Saturday. Mrs. O was joined by teenagers from across South Africa as well as students who joined virtually from cities around the United States. For the event, Mrs. O mixed prints, pairing a green and yellow skirt with a navy and black blouse.
