Where do you find her schedule?

Her schedule is usually posted on the calendar at politico.com. The calendar lists the daily scheduled activities for President Obama but also MO, the Bidens and Hilary Clinton and sometimes other cabinet members. You can usually check out scheduled activities for up to a week, sometimes more advance for overseas trips. Sometimes on whitehouse.gov but the politico.com calendar is more comprehensive. I usually access from thisweekwithbarackobama page - so much info in one place.

President Obama will celebrate Father's Day a couple days early this week. On Friday, the White House will hold events to celebrate dads, including a BBQ on the South Lawn, and Obama will make some remarks, according to an aide. The White House is expected to roll out the plans tomorrow.

Politico is reporting that Mrs. O may make a cameo appearance at Beyonce's concert tonight at the Verizon Center in D.C. They're saying there will be a special video...so maybe she'll come out with a surprise.
Also, it is confirmed that Mrs. O will be with Mr. O in Italy for the G-8 and that they will be meeting with the Pope following the summit, on July 10th. Then it'll be on to Ghana.

Adding a new dimension, several of this year’s winners will participate in free, hour-long programs that will be staged in Washington for the general public. This year’s Fashion winner, Francisco Costa, may have a chat with Interior Design winners Calvin Tsao and his partner Zack McKown at The Corcoran Gallery of Art on materials and effects. Launched at the White House in 2000 as an official project of the White House Millennium Council, the annual National Design Awards are presented by the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum.

Looks like we'll get a Mrs. O sighting on July 21st!
On Tuesday, July 21st the White House will continue its music series celebrating the arts and demonstrating the importance of arts education by featuring Country Music and its stars Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss and Union Station.
Next week, the President and the First Lady will host White House events celebrating the arts, innovation and creativity while at the same time encouraging outreach to students and the community.

The East Wing pace picks up next week when Mrs. Obama has public events on Tuesday and Friday.
On Tuesday, the president and first lady will host country music stars and music students, a continuation of the White House music series that began in June by spotlighting jazz greats.
Brad Paisley, Alison Krauss and Union Station perform at the White House that evening. In keeping with Mrs. Obama's plan to pack more meaning into each White House event, those stars will lead workshops Tuesday afternoon for some 125 music students from across the country.
The concert -- billed as "The Country Music Celebration" -- is being presented with help from the Country Music Association and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The Grand Ole Opry and Great American Country Television are co-producing.
On Friday, Mrs. Obama helps the Smithsonian's Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum celebrate the 10th annual National Design Awards with a lunch honoring the winners and finalists, as well as an educational program to highlight all kinds of design at museums in the city.
