First Lady Mrs. O and Dr. B held a roundtable meeting with military spouses, veterans, and volunteers to discuss a military families initiative in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building yesterday.
For the event, Mrs. O turned to a sunny Rachel Roy dress. (The First Lady wore the same ensemble last summer in Toronto, seen here.) Dr. B also kept things bright and cheery in an orange jersey dress.

love the bright colors! but is it really a dress? it looks more like a suit + top outfit...
The camera angle isn't the best in this picture. But I love the reason both Mrs. O and Dr. B are there. I love, love, LOVE Mrs. O and Dr. B comes in a close second.
Mrs. O is comfortable no matter where she is, who she is with or what she's wearing. Dr. Biden is petite and has a different style, but she's always sharp, comfortable and perfectly "coiffed" for the occasion. LOVE THEM BOTH!! (and that Dr. B is the mother of an American SOLDIER makes it all the more real and poignant.)

I have yet to see a Rachel Roy outfit that I dislike. This dress is gorgeous and reminds me of the pink two tone dress she wore in Mexico last year and a similar dress in florals and grey that she wore last February.
I would love to invest in one of these two tone dresses but I can't find them online anywhere. Any links or info would be greatly appreciated.

I think she tends to shine the most when she's wearing Rachael Roy or L'Wren Scott. Is it a coincidence that Rachael Roy is 5'11" and L'Wren Scott is over 6 feet tall. They totally understand tall women's bodies. Not just the tall bony models, but tall women with actual curves and meat on their bones.
They're moving into Maria Pinto territory for me because the clothes just fit and highlight Mrs. O's figure to a T!
Wish I was in that room! I am feeling all that love! Mrs. O looks radiant even from this side angle.

This color is not as flattering as the yellow and white.
I never get tired of seeing FLOTUS and SLOTUS working together. Both of these ladies can light up a room like nobody's business.

@Jestina: Neiman Marcus carries Rachel Roy, and they have a good website. If the shipping is not too prohibitive for you, it might be a good place to start. I agree that her clothes are wonderful. And they are not (too) insanely expensive.
Everyone is having few of favorable dresses that they like to wear again on any auspicious occasion and there is no doubt that first lady in this dress is looking nice.
