Studio Museum Harlem

First Lady Michelle Obama hosted the spouses of chiefs of state and heads of government participating in the UN General Assembly for a luncheon at The Studio Museum in Harlem on Tuesday. Above, Mrs. O poses for a photo with Michelle Muscat, wife of Joseph Muscat, the prime minister of Malta.

For the event, Mrs. O wore a blue and white, floral embellished dress with a slim belt at the waist. Taupe heels completed the look.

Update: The designer of the blue and white sheath dress is Carolina Herrera. Thanks to all for the tips!

Yes she does Eleroy!

I love the cut of the dress.

The little girls in the dance troupe were so in awe of meeting the First Lady; the photos show the intensity of their excitement!

Love the floral detailing on this dress - and the dark contrast side panels!

Love this panel dress with its delicate floral design and flattering vertical panels. The white floral sleeves give a nice balance to the navy dress especially since the back is solid navy, see:http://img.modaoperandi.com/media/img/products/carolina-herrera/2013/July/m-4-197887-3-BEGzrpnFWpAx.jpg
Don't understand the taupe shoes, much cleaner with navy.
