Congratulations to Sophie Theallet, who won the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award last night in New York. The first lady has worn two of Ms. Theallet's striped shirtdresses in recent months, here and here. 

Ms. Theallet will receive $200,000 and a one-year mentorship with fashion professionals to help market, design, and produce her future collections.

Now that New York Fashion Week has come and gone, we wanted to share the latest work from Mrs. O's favorite designers. We're almost certain to see at least a few of these looks in the coming months. Any favorites?

First Lady Mrs. O and the president joined in ceremonies to honor the late Senator Edward Kennedy this weekend in Boston. For funeral services held at the Basillica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Mission Hill, Mrs. O wore the same Moschino bow blouse she wore to visit The Vatican earlier this summer. Arriving at Boston's Logan Airport the evening before, Mrs. O wore a Sophie Theallet shirtdress, first seen this spring, belted with her famous Alaia.

The O's much anticipated week of vacation in Martha's Vineyard is finally here. The first family was looking perfectly island chic as they landed at Cape Cod Coast Guard Station this afternoon. Mrs. O is rewearing a striped Sophie Theallet dress, last seen during the Os trip to Ghana, paired with her signature metallic ballet flats.
