The first lady was back to school today, visiting Parklawn Elementary School in Alexandria, Virginia. Mrs. O was joined by chef Rachael Ray and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to highlight the new USDA nutrition standards for school lunches.
On the style front: a J.Crew Jester sweater paired with bold blue pants, kitten heels and pearls.

FLOTUS has really encouraged me to take out this 10lbs that I had regain plus another 5 lbs.
She look oh so fabulous , simple and elegant.
I like how she dresses funky when she's with litte children. God continue to bless that Lady!!!
I hope you'll post the full length photo of this outfit. It really shows off her height and how healthy she looks. The flotus has the most beautiful and radiant skin. She always looks so fresh.

I love this sweater! I tried it on and it looked terrible on me. It is indeed super cute on Mrs. O!
I have to be honest on this here. I actually find this ensemble to be somewhat of a "miss". I love the sweater, and I"m sure the pants are great, but I'm not convinced they work together. I don't get how a beige and orange sweater pairs w/ a pair of "bold blue" pants. The SOTU dress was Fabulous, and the black Jason Wu ahead of this one is great too, but I personally am not crazy about this outfit.....
