Colorado Classic

The first lady continued her campaign trail tour with a stop in Castle Rock, Colorado today. For the appearance, Mrs. O wore a green frock embellished with a brooch at the neckline. Tall brown suede boots completed the understated, classic look.

Is everyone watching the vice presidential debate this evening?

I wish I could see more of the dress. Other than the pleats on the bodice, it seems pretty ho-hum. Great color, but it seems to need something to set it off.

Great fall color combination: teal and brown. I like her tall boots.

So proud of our First Lady on the campaign trail. Not only does she look fantastic and we get lots of new photos here each day(!) but she speaks from the heart with passion and compassion and she gives out those famous Michelle hugs. Don't you wish you were in that front row? I did, indeed, watch the VP debate and thought Joe Biden did us all proud by standing up for the middle class, our troops and our President. The other side is saying he was mean. No, he just was not allowing Ryan to run away with his falsehoods. He stood up for the truth. Love Joe!

I love this outfit. I can't tell if it is a dress or a skirt and top combo but it really looks chic. Love the pairing of the brown suede boots. Once again FLOTUS comes out a winner!

Would love to see more, especially since it looks like it's not a repeat. But what unflattering lighting in that first photo! Our FLOTUS looks a little grim...perhaps she's thinking about those polls...

I love this woman. Yes, her dress is a little on the dull side, but I don't care really about her fashion right now. She looks tired. She's so brave and committed to this campaign. It's time to end it and send our president into a glorious second term. BTW, I think this website would jus take off if we talked to each other, responded to each other, had conversations, instead of just posting and getting off the site. Hey, can't we talk?

I saw more pics on gettyimages of this dress and you can see more details of the pleating/rouching(?) arounf the neckline. The color is rich, the dress is rather plain but what sets it off is the brown over the knee boots! I likey!
Leave it to our Michelle to mix it up a bit.......good job!

I don't think this is the most flattering photo I've ever seen of FLOTUS. Her smile does not seem to reach her eyes and there are some unfortunate shadows crossing the outer corners of each eye. Her upraised arms don't look quite as energetic this time. That said, she's still our girl and POTUS is poised for a 2nd term! GO-BAMA!!

Winniejeans, thanks for the photo. Is there any word on who designed the skirt and belt? Wonderful outfit!
