On the Campaign Trail

The first lady campaigned in Leesburg, VA today. On the style front, Mrs. O wore a mix print wrap dress, previously seen in February 2012, here. The designer of this mystery dress has yet to be identified. Any guesses?

No idea about the designer but I do LOVE that dress.

Mrs Obama looks absolutely amazing! She makes the simplest dresses look like a million dollars.
She has this innocence in her eyes that you catch every so often.
She's lovely!

That is such a great dress.

Wow, I do love that dress. I was thinking that the designer could be Duro Oluwu as she favours the big prints.

I think Duro Oluwu also.

DVF?

I, too, like her mixed print outfits--only wish I were tall enough to carry off the larger prints. Also, this is a particularly nice style of dress for FLOTUS' figure in my opinion

It's "Leesburg." :) (Went to college in VA!) Gorgeous fall dress! I love the cut.

..The prints/material look like Tracy Reese to me.

I just went looking and while many of the Duro Olowu have similar mixed prints, I didn't see this one. Did see this dress in NYMag's Look Book for 2011, in a Barbara Walters 20/20 interview. I love it.

She has a great figure! The dress is beautiful but especially because she is wearing it.

I'm not a fan of mixed prints, but this is a really nice dress!! ME LIKEY!!!

@Jestina - Duro Olowu is a he not a she. He is based in London England.

I loved that dress even more the first time round and I am so happy to see it again. Mixed prints are very in, Mrs. O. So why not rewear one of yours? You were already ahead of the curve. This looks like such a great jersey dress that would travel very well with no creases, whether wearing it or in your suitcase.

Face is indeed flawless. I think we have had enough of the gray nail polish. For now let's get back to the usual that shows off her pretty hands.

This is a great look for Mrs. Obama - the colors and style of the dress flatter her beautifully.

Great looking dress. Perfect for Michelle. I am surprised that the designer has not stepped forward. This is a good one to repeat.

Again, gorgeous!

Beautiful print combination and fabulous fit. I love accessories and usually
wear bracelets and necklace with every outfit. Do you think a necklace
or bracelet would've been ok with this printed look?

I have been viewing this site for awhile and have liked nearly everything she has worn except this dress. She wears it well but years from now, she'll think, "What was I thinking?!"

What a great dress! A classic cut, refreshed with interesting patterns. And warm colors. And I just love the way the dress tastefully snuggles the first lady's toned and curvy body. Yum!
@Nyon: Thanks for the shout in the prior post. Glad to know you're still keeping this party jumpin'! *wink* ;-)

WOW. I had not seen this dress before, but I LOVE it. Fabulous colors and such an unexpected combination. And soooo flattering.
About her nail polish: when I saw it at the convention I immediately thought "Sasha and Malia are behind this color." As on trend as she always is, the color just seems a step beyond. I think the girls said "go for it, Mom!" and she did. Also, it's been on for several weeks. I'm thinking it must be that new enamel that sets up with UV lights and lasts through thick and thin (or, for instance, when you're on the road making a zillion stops to campaign for your husband and the last thing you have time for is a manicure).
Like everyone else, I love her hands. So elegant and expressive.

wow, just love this dress! especially worn with boots! Mrs. O is looking very good!

A couple of seasons ago Moschino used a polka dot print that looks almose exactly like the one used in this dress. I think this dress might be their's, perhaps it just did not go into production. Anyway, the mystery continues! I still like this wrap (reminds me of classic DVF), it suits all body types and can worn almost year round.
Go FLOTUS!

@michelle, thanks for the tip. Tell me more please! If it's easier, feel free to shoot me a note at contact@mrs-o.org. I've been trying to find it online, but no luck. Thanks so much!

This is one of the better styles I've seen on her, although she shouldn't wear print. Someone also needs to instruct her that she needs to even out her body type through her clothes. She has a pear shape and dresses terrible for her body type 99% of the time.

This is one of my fav Mrs. O outfits. I love it!! Love it and I want it so badly. She looks stunning in it with her hair either up or down.
